San Tan Valley Now Has a United States Post Office

Before San Tan Valley got its name in 2009, the area was called Queen Creek. Why? Because the Queen Creek Post Office serviced the area and no one knew what else to call the unincorporated section of northeastern Pinal County.
Seven years later, the United States Post Office has opened its first location in San Tan Valley. Unlike a kiosk or company that is allowed to sell books of stamps, this location is a full service contract postal unit, offering products and services at US Postal Service prices.
