3 Pinal communities rank high in state for affordability

Three Pinal County communities rank high as the most affordable places to live in the state, according to SmartAsset, a New York-based financial modeling company.
In its third annual study entitled “How much house can I afford?” which compared home prices and median incomes for the entire state, Coolidge, Arizona City and Maricopa were listed in the top 10 most affordable communities in Arizona.
Coolidge had the highest Pinal ranking at fourth on the list due to its moderate property taxes, low mortgage prices and decent median income.
