Owners of an Arizona ethanol plant are in a $10 million dispute with Southwest Gas over a pipeline to their plant in Pinal County south of Phoenix.

Pinal Energy LLC is Ariozna’s first ethanol plant opening in 2007. It is located in the city of Maricopa in Pinal.
