Tuesday is the final day to register to vote in the Nov. 7 election that includes several issues for Pinal County residents.

This will be a mail-in election, which means that ballots will be sent to all registered voters, and those ballots will need to be returned by mail to the Pinal County Elections Department in a prestamped and pre-addressed envelope no later than Nov. 7. Ballots will be mailed out beginning on Wednesday.

From a county-wide perspective, the biggest item on the ballot will be Propositions 416 and 417, which respectively would create a regional transportation plan that includes projects throughout Pinal, and also establish a half-cent sales tax to fund it.
