400 new homes coming to Maricopa

Maricopa will soon have more housing options as a developer has decided to build new neighborhoods.
Fulton Homes was the developer of the houses in the Cobblestone neighborhood, and the company is now returning to build 475 homes in Glennwilde. The community will be located at Honeycutt and Porter roads and will feature four new neighborhoods: Cottonwood, Calistoga, Sonoma Coast and Raintree.
“We have a very successful community in Cobblestone — we sold out more than 10 years ago,” said Dennis Webb, director of operations for Fulton Homes. “Maricopa has made a comeback, and we thought it would be a good time to re-enter the market.”
