Large flow of city money key revenue for Artisan Village

artisan villageThe Artisan Village of Coolidge has become a topic of growing concern for a group of veterans and their supporters since Military Honor Park founder Oscar Rodriguez was informed that he would have to pay a monthly fee as part of the village.

But citizens not directly impacted by, or involved in, the issue might be left wondering, “who cares?”

For those living within the Coolidge city limits, the actions taken by the Coolidge Performing Arts Center Foundation — the 501(c)(3) behind the Artisan Village — and the village’s Core Leadership Team have a direct impact on their community.
