Maricopa one of Arizona’s affordable places to live

Living in Maricopa may be a good option for those who are looking to save some money.

A new study conducted by the financial technology company SmartAsset found that Maricopa ranked No. 9 out of a list of top 10 most affordable places to live in Arizona.

This study was based on an affordability index, which weighs property taxes, homeowner’s insurance fees and mortgage payments relative to income.
