Real estate professionals say Florence is in a pretty good place right now.
“Robust and dynamic growth for Florence looks inevitable,” real estate agent Jeril Benedict said. “Economics are driving people this way. It’s refreshing to see such a (town) staff and a community of people that are studying and looking ahead to balance those things to be prepared to have a good lifestyle for those who want to come.”
Nathan & Associates President Nate Nathan added, “You guys are going to have an opportunity to do some really good things here.”
