Neighborhood parks in Casa Grande are getting some much-needed upgrades.
Several parks are beginning to get new mulch, curbing and sidewalks.
Steve Hardesty, community services director, whose department oversees the parks in the city, said the upgrades will take place over the next several weeks and months at three neighborhood parks: Gilbert, Mosley and Western Manor.
