Education top issue for LD8 Dem candidates at Pinal debate

Democratic candidates for state Legislative District 8 seats senate gathered at the Florence Library Tuesday in a debate held by Arizona Clean Elections.
The debate included Carmen Casillas, Pablo Correa, Linda Gross, who are running for the House of Representatives, alongside Sharon Girard and Natali Ferros Bock who are running for the Senate.
Candidates were in general agreement on many of the primary issues, and tried to position themselves as uniquely qualified based on life experience and character.
