Maricopa woman opens new title agency

After 15 years of learning the ins-and-outs of the real estate and titles industry, one Maricopa woman is now branching off on her own.
Next week, Stacey Cyr will help open Pioneer Title Agency, owned by an Arizona family. This is the first branch in Maricopa and the second in Pinal County. The Pioneer Title Agency in Florence was opened in 2015. In total, there are 70 branches in 45 cities across Arizona.
“We are focused on not only providing title insurance, escrow, trustee sales and builder-related trust services across Maricopa, but also being good community volunteers and a voice for both business and economic development for the county,” said Cyr, who will be branch manager.
