City council candidates try to gain public favor at forum

City Council candidates in Maricopa received their first opportunity to publicly state their platform at a political forum Saturday night.
The forum brought together the two incumbents and five other candidates: Henry Wade, Vincent Manfredi, Linette Caroselli, Bob Marsh, Rich Vitiello, Paige Richie and Cynthia Morgan. Leon Potter is running as a write-in candidate and also participated.
The forum was held at the Maricopa Unified School District administration building.
