ED3 seeks new CEO after Stacy’s retirement

Electrical District No. 3 in Maricopa is seeking a new leader after CEO and general manager William Stacy announced his retirement.
Stacy, who has worked in the utility industry for 38 years and has been in Maricopa for 10, said it will be bittersweet leaving his post because he loves the area and people so much, but he feels it is time for him to step away.
“At some point you have to say, this is a good time for retirement,” he said.
