Sole challenger disqualified as candidate for Coolidge mayor

Coolidge Mayor Jon Thompson is running unopposed in the 2018 election after challenger Scott Koch has been disqualified.

In June, Koch was one of several candidates around Pinal County to face a court challenge over signatures on his petition.

The complaint challenged 36 signatures on the petition for election.
