The Eloy City Council has approved a contract with ESI Corp. and entered a leasing agreement with Pinal County Federal Credit Union.

ESI will prepare the Eloy Economic Development Strategic Plan with a $60,000 budget that will be split 50-50 with Arizona Public Service Co.

The process will take nine months and is expected to be completed in June.
