Banner’s new CEO believes in listening

Brian Kellar, the new CEO of Banner Casa Grande Medical Center, says he’s in the “people business,” not the health care business.

He’s been on the job for less than two weeks and says he’s spent most of that time hearing what people have to say.

“I learn a lot more by listening,” Kellar said, “… you got to understand the pulse.”
