DAV to open second location on Coolidge’s Main Street

Another building downtown will now be occupied thanks to a newly approved lease agreement between the Disabled American Veterans and the city of Coolidge.

The City Council approved a lease agreement between the city and Disabled American Veterans Chapter 36 on Monday night for the lease of another city-owned building located at 340 S. Main St.

Last used as the Family Resource Center, the building has stood vacant for several years. The Coolidge Parks and Recreation Department currently uses the facility for storage.
