Dozens of new energy-efficient homes to hit market in Gold Canyon

A large new group of homes will soon be for sale in Gold Canyon.
Thirty-seven homes will be going for sale near the Superstition Mountains in the community of Peralta.
The homes are designed to be energy efficient, and come in six single level floor plans ranging from 2,700 square feet to 2,900. The model home will be open for tours in September, and feature four bedrooms and three baths.
