People looking for smaller homes in San Tan Valley will soon have an opportunity to purchase one now that the Pinal County Board of Supervisors has given approval to a zone change.
Shea Homes, developers of the Encanterra development in San Tan Valley, won approval for a zoning change on a portion of the subdivision to accommodate mixed-dwelling units that will include duplexes. Steve Abraham, Pinal County’s planning manager, told the board the “co-mingling” of the single-family and multifamily residences will “encourage creativity” in the development.
