Pinal Town Hall to discuss civility

Anyone who works with the public has had to face it: a disgruntled, angry customer or client who can’t be consoled.

Fortunately, a town hall addressing the best way to handle upset clients is planned.

Pinal County Town Hall, now in its 31st year, will focus on how to be civil in today’s climate. Maxine Brown, director of Pinal County Town Hall, said the idea was born out of a concern that business owners and elected officials routinely noticed: upset people.
