Tourism is a driver of economic development.
That’s according to a panel that met Friday morning to discuss tourism in Pinal County.
Speaking to the monthly meeting of the Pinal Partnership organization, Tim Kanavel, Pinal County’s economic development manager, said the county will continue to market itself through a series of videos that promote what Pinal County has to offer. Ten to 12 vignettes on various topics will be produced under a contract the county has to promote tourism.
