New homes closer to reality after long drought in Coolidge

Approximately 10 years following the crash of the home market in late 2007, new homes are finally coming to Coolidge.

Brown Homes, one of several residential housing developers to set up shop in Coolidge, has already begun construction on its first model home.

Located in the existing subdivision of McClellan Meadows on Coolidge Avenue, the infill project will feature varying single-story home designs ranging from 1,250 square feet to almost 2,000 square feet.
