Builder planning 31 houses off West Butte Ave.

A new builder in town has acquired 31 lots in the Villa Adelaida subdivision off West Butte Avenue and plans to build three- and four-bedroom homes.
A vice president of Joseph Carl Homes made a brief presentation to the Town Council Monday.
Town Manager Brent Billingsley told the council the town has tried to encourage “infill” development on existing lots, and “we’re very excited to have this partnership.” The lots front on 10th, 11th and Mulberry streets.
