Kaufman joins Navarro, Murrieta as Coolidge council winner

Results for the Coolidge city council race are in, with Tina Kaufman holding the lead over incumbent Joseph Marsh by 76 votes.

With ballots officially counted around the county, Kaufman is now the definitive winner for the last seat on council, just barely garnering a majority of the vote at 51 percent.

However, Marsh followed closely behind, taking approximately 48 percent of the vote. The trend is one that persisted throughout both the primary and general election, with both candidates entangled in a neck-and-neck race.
