New Eloy City Council sworn in

There was a lighthearted feel in the Eloy City Council chambers Monday night as community members filed in to see familiar faces and a new council member take their oaths of office.
Council-elect Georges Reuter took his seat among the other council members for the first time and fellow council-elect Jose Garcia returned for his first full term. Mayor Joel Belloc and councilman Andrew Rodriguez also were sworn in for new terms.
Belloc was re-elected for his third mayoral term and Rodriguez was re-elected for his second term.
