Restaurant owner reflects on 3 decades in Florence

Looking over her late friend and business partner’s records, Margie Celaya figures they hired 480 people to work at their restaurant over the years – including four who’ve stuck with them for the entire trip.
Old Pueblo Restaurant, 505 S. Main St., was closed and quiet the morning of Nov. 1 except for Celaya; Louie, her husband of 60 years; and some of their seven children working on final maintenance and repairs, as a courtesy to the new owner. Margie took a coffee break to talk.
