Many community members were a little upset when La Paloma Restaurant closed in June 2017 with no date of reopening in sight.
Earlier this year, the Flores family took over the now-named La Paloma Family Restaurant.
George Flores Sr., his wife, Elizabeth, and their family decided that with George’s pending retirement, the timing was right to open a family business.
