Casa Grande, Pinal officials look forward to good things in 2019

As the calendar turns to a new year, local leaders spoke with PinalCentral about where they see Pinal County in 2019.
In Casa Grande, City Manager Larry Rains said the city will continue to move forward with economic development, job creation and quality-of-life initiatives, including a variety of parks and recreation projects that will take place in 2019.
“The new Community Recreation Center will open this spring and will provide residents with a fantastic facility for fitness and expanded recreation programs for all ages. A major renovation and improvement project at Carr McNatt Park will begin in January and will include new multi-use sports fields, a playground, a spray park, new walking paths and improved lighting and parking,” Rains said.
