Dairy Queen prepares to make a comeback in Coolidge
It’s been decades since the Coolidge-based Dairy Queen set up shop, and eventually closed, leaving residents to find their own ways to beat the summer heat.
But times are changing, and a new Dairy Queen store is officially in the works.
Renovations on the building that will soon become the Dairy Queen Orange Julius Treat Store are already underway. The structure contractors are currently working on was once a popular drive-thru liquor store on Arizona Boulevard.
