Eloy courts consolidating in same building
The Eloy Municipal Court will be relocating to the same building as the Eloy Justice Court.
The Eloy City Council approved an Intergovernmental Agreement with Pinal County on Monday allowing for the courts to be in the same building. Both courts will be located at 801 N. Main St. in the next couple of months as part of consolidating the administration and operations of the two courts.
The main reason of the joining of the two courts is to reduce the future capital and operating costs.
