Pinal Partnership April breakfast: Opportunity Zones in Pinal – Action!
Last September we hosted a panel to give us the details about Opportunity Zones including how they work and how to invest. Since then, sale prices in O-Zones have increased as investors are beginning to make moves. Join us for our April breakfast where we will learn what the investors know and what our Pinal County Municipalities are experiencing. We will talk about new information on the rules coming from the Federal Government, insight on the projects they’re seeing around Pinal County and help us better understand how we can all get involved in this exciting economic development tool and help move the county forward.
