179-lot ‘Goldview’ housing subdivision planned for Old West Highway, Goldfield Road; before council May 7
The Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission recently approved a vacant property near the southwest corner of Old West Highway and Goldfield Road to be developed into a 179-lot residential subdivision.
The new community has tentatively been coined Goldview, the Commission was told in April.
The commission voted unanimously April 23 to approve a request by McMillan Manufactured Home Development Co. LLC and Lennar Homes, represented by Ralph Pew, to rezone approximately 36 acres from general commercial medium/high density to single-family detached conventional homes by planned development.
