A city-initiated rezoning of a recreational vehicle park adds three RV spaces and removes a billboard, according to Apache Junction documents.
The Apache Junction Planning and Zoning Commission on April 23 voted unanimously to recommend that the City Council approve a city-initiated rezoning request for the Prickly Pear RV Park at 1630 W. Apache Trail.
The rezoning is from recreational vehicle park to old west commercial by planned development, and included two additional conditions prior to approval.
