Maricopa P&Z OKs fire admin building, new tire store

The proposed MFMD administration building received approval from P&Z. /via inMaricopa
Maricopa Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to approve two large developments, a new Fire/Medical Department administration building and a new Iconic Tire store.
With the approval, both plans will be sent to the Maricopa City Council with the commission’s recommendation.
The new fire/medical administration building is to be constructed on 2.27 acres of land at 45695 W. Edison Road. Perlman Architects of Arizona is in charge of the design. The matter was approved with little discussion.
