Border Patrol agents explain to AZ City crowd changes over decades

Times have certainly changed from when the U.S. Border Patrol started in 1924.

Back then the main requirements to become an agent were that you had to own a horse and a gun.

Earlier this week, agents James Gonzalez, Andrew Van Leer and Bruno Valdez were the guest speakers at the Arizona City Chamber of Commerce luncheon and clarified some misconceptions that the public has about the agency.
