Wade Jurney Homes pays $6.9M for 192 lots in Casa Grande

The Land Agency, Howard Weinstein and Patty Lafferty announced today that the company exclusively represented the Seller, Garrett Development, with respect to the sale of 192 finished lots within Dominion Creek. The buyer was Wade Jurney Homes.
The purchase price was $6,912,000.
This will be Wade Jurney Homes third Casa Grande location and is planned to target entry level home buyers. The Wade Jurney closing represents the third homebuilder that The Land Agency has recently brokered finished lots to in the Casa Grande market.
