Winter visitors bring in big bucks for Casa Grande

Casa Grande’s winter visitors definitely bring a bang to the city’s economy.
Four years of city sales tax collections, dating from fiscal year 2015 to fiscal year 2019, show a regular increase in revenue usually starting sometime in August that continues to climb until about March, with a bit of a dip in December.
The city of Casa Grande’s fiscal year runs from July 1 of one year to June 30 of the next year.
