Eloy community survey gets positive results

The Eloy Enterprise

The first citizen survey for the city of Eloy was completed and saw 343 residents participate between November and December 2019.

“The level of citizen participation and overall positive attitude toward city services and facilities serve as confirmation that the council’s goals and priorities reflect the desire of the public,” Mayor Joel Belloc commented. “On behalf of the city council, I want to thank all the residents who completed a survey. Your input is important to us.”

The purpose of the survey was to objectively measure the residents’ attitudes and perceptions of life in Eloy and their thoughts towards the city’s priorities for the future.

Residents gave the highest rating to the cemetery (87%) and the library (83%), the lowest ratings were given to code compliance and street maintenance.
