Eleven properties on 3.5 acres at the southwest corner of Ocotillo Road and 205th Place should have a new combined residential and commercial zoning designation, the Queen Creek Planning and Zoning Commission has decided.
Town-staff initiated text amendments for Ocotillo 11, a planned area development, creating a new residential commercial zoning district and rezoning the properties was approved by the commission at a recent meeting.
“This residential-commercial district is one that we are creating with this effort, so that’s the reason behind the text amendments,” Senior Planner Kyle Barichello said to the commission.
