Notice of Public Hearing on Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan
[NEWS RELEASE] Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1102, public notice is hereby given that the Pinal County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to discuss and review the land use assumptions and infrastructure improvement plan (IIP) associated with the development fees charged by the County.
The public hearing will be held on June 3, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room located at the Administrative Complex, 135 North Pinal Street, Florence, Arizona 85132. The Board of Supervisors will approve or disapprove the land use assumptions and IIP at the regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on July 15, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., located in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room at the Administrative Complex.
A separate public hearing on potential changes to the development fees will be considered after the Board of Supervisors has approved or disapproved the land use assumptions and IIP.
