Apache Junction Multi-Generational Center partially opens May 18 with sanitation, physical distancing

With sanitation and physical distancing plans in place, the fitness area, indoor courts, and game room at the Apache Junction Multi-Generational Center, 1035 N. Idaho Road, will open on Monday, May 18, with normal operating hours.
Additional amenities and programming will be made available as soon as it is possible to resume public use in a safe and responsible manner. Group fitness classes will resume in a limited capacity beginning May 26, according to a post on Facebook @ajparksandrec.
Senior congregate meals and programming are still highly discouraged by health agencies for this vulnerable population, the post states.
