Pulte Home Acquires 92 P&E lots at Lazy K Bar Ranch in Marana

[NEWS RELEASE] Pulte Home Company, LLC purchased 92 lots and commons areas from LKB Hotel, LLC as the second phase of the Lazy K Bar Ranch for $3,359,564 or $36,517 per platted and engineered lot.
The Lazy K Bar ranch has a long and rich history as a southern Arizona dude ranch dating back to the 1930’s and its spectacular setting has provided the backdrop for several Hollywood films. Located at Scenic Drive and Pima Farms Road in Marana, it is nestled in a private enclave at the foothills of Safford Peak. A prestigious new construction community with vast open space and sweeping mountain views. Lazy K features single-story homes with innovative floor plans built for every stage in life. The closing took place on August 13.
