Meeting in January on proposed changes to Apache Junction planning, zoning fees

A public hearing on proposed changes to fees and charges for the Development Services Department will be held Jan. 19 by the Apache Junction City Council.

The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and will be in the City Council Chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.

The city is proposing to amend Apache Junction City Code Volume I, Chapter 4, Fees, Article 4-4, Development Services Fees, Section 4-4-3 to amend administrative fees for Planning and Zoning applications. The fees being proposed are for applications for processes that currently do not have fees or they are new processes that currently do not exist, according to a release.
