Eloy council members cringe at cost, approve water tower project

Nearly a year ago a presentation was made to the City Council staff about sprucing up the Eloy water tower for an estimated cost of $190,000.
On Oct. 26, two presentations were made about contracting PCL Construction to clean and paint the water tower as well as install lighting on the tower.
The council voted 5-2 to have the water tower cleaned and painted with Mayor Joel Belloc and Councilman J.W. Tidwell voting no.
