The Martin Valley neighborhood west of downtown Coolidge has seen a building boom of late, and November saw an influx of 2,600 new residents to the area.
They just happen to all be milk cows.
After 15 months, the farm formerly known as McClintock Dairy is under new ownership; many reacted with either enthusiasm or concern for what one resident online termed “agricultural fragrances.”
