New restaurants and other business projects are on the table awaiting approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission Thursday evening.
During the meeting there will be a public hearing for Thompson Thrift on the approval of a major site plan for a 7,570-square-foot Texas Roadhouse, a popular steak restaurant, to be located at 1910 E. Florence Blvd., south of Palm Creek Golf & RV Resort.
According to the agenda, the commission will also vote on the proposal to redevelop the site of the former JB’s Restaurant on Florence Boulevard to construct a Salad & Go, a fast food restaurant.
