CG council to discuss 2030 General Plan, public vote

The Casa Grande City Council will meet Monday evening for the second reading of an ordinance to regulate marijuana and to consider the 2030 General Plan.
The ordinance prohibits stand-alone recreational dispensaries but does allow a dual licensee to operate a combined facility with medical marijuana as required by newly passed state Proposition 207.
The ordinance enacts restrictions on testing facilities and delivery within the city.
