Pandemic seems to have more CG residents shopping locally

It took a pandemic for Casa Grande residents to shop more locally rather than in the Valley.

On Tuesday evening City Manager Larry Rains presented a budget recap to the mayor and City Council during a study session.

“I believe tonight’s meeting and presentation is very positive,” Rains said.
