Arizona public housing authorities receive $10.38M as part of federal grant

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on Tuesday awarded $10.38 million to 12 Arizona public housing authorities to modernize homes for families and seniors, according to a press release.
The city of Phoenix housing department received $4 million, while Tucson’s housing and community development was awarded the second-most with $2.5 million.
Chandler and Flagstaff’s housing authorities followed behind with $725,962 and $722,268, respectively.
