Sale of Johnson Utilities to EPCOR is final

The sale of Johnson Utilities to EPCOR Water Arizona Inc. became final Friday, EPCOR announced.
The utility will now be known as EPCOR’s San Tan Water and Wastewater districts, including San Tan Valley, Queen Creek and the Anthem area of Florence. EPCOR has operated the utility on an interim basis since the Arizona Corporation Commission appointed it to do so in the summer of 2018.
